Weekly News Roundup – Weeks of April 26th & May 3rd

Howdy-ho gamers! It’s been a couple of weeks since the last instalment of the Weekly News Roundup; please do pardon our dust as we make sure you’re caught up on all the news since then!

Goodbye, April!

Capcom has revealed that Capcom Arcade Stadium will be expanding to new platforms. In addition, the game will see a variety of improvements, including aesthetic options and an invincibility cheat. Check out all this and more here!

It is safe to say that Fallout 76 is the gift that keeps on giving. Players will be happy to know that Season Four and some much-needed overhauls come our way with the Locked & Loaded update. Look at our coverage on the update here!

The Monster Hunter digital event earlier this week revealed a new trailer for the upcoming Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin. Also shown was the content to be found in the first free title update for Monster Hunter Rise. Sounds fantastic, right? We agree! Read more about it here!

Unknown Worlds announced Subnatica: Below Zero, the sequel to the critically acclaimed Subnatica. Subnatica: Below Zero will plunge the bravest of divers into a mysterious and hostile arctic, underwater world. All filled with chilling, unfamiliar biomes and creatures that will challenge the player’s survival. Suit up, and let’s dive in here!

Inner Sloth announced that their sus hit, Among Us, will be releasing on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. Grab your crew and complete your task, or sneak around and try not to get caught! We have exciting things to unpack, from Cosmetics to crossplay, so let’s make baseless accusations on our way into it here!

Nintendo has announced a new game for Nintendo Switch that gives you the tools to experiment in designing and creating your own videogames. Game Builder Garage received a trailer that showcases how it gives players the freedom to build their style of play. Let’s go over all of it here!
