TOKYO GHOUL Game Receives A New Gameplay Trailer

BANDAI NAMCO have released a brand new trailer for the upcoming TOKYO GHOUL title named TOKYO GHOUL:re [CALL to EXIST]. This new gameplay trailer shows off the playable characters for the Investigators side of the game. Haise Sasaki and Juzo Suzuya, among many other Ghoul Investigators, are tasked with protecting the public from harm from various ghouls.

TOKYO GHOUL:re [CALL to EXIST] is an online multiplayer 4v4 experience in which players can choose to play as either Ghouls or Ghoul Investigators. Many characters from the series will make an appearance, so fans of the series will no doubt enjoy this experience.

The game features a special “Action gauge” mechanic that will play a vital role in any battle. Players can choose to use a small amount of this gauge or use it at its full power. For Ghouls, the action gauge refills over time, but for other characters, they’ll have to use an item to refill this gauge.

Players can consume a small portion of the gauge to create a “Unique Action”. This action is a slightly more powerful attack than a normal one and is useful against weaker enemies. On the other end of the scale is using a large portion of the gauge. This will create a special attack which deals more damage than the “Unique action” attack. It does leave players open for attack though, so using it at the right time and place is important.

TOKYO GHOUL:re [CALL to EXIST] will release November 15th, 2019 on PC and PlayStation 4. You can find more about the game on the Official BANDAI NAMCO website.
