During Microsoft’s E3 conference Minecraft’s “Friendly Update” was announced.
The Friendly Update allows all players to interact and share worlds with their friends online, regardless of the device that they play on. Minecraft Realms will let players get dedicated servers to host for their friends so they can play how they want, when they want, and where they want.
Texture packs were also released for the Pocket Edition and Windows 10 versions of the game. Add ons also make the game more customizable, meaning that players can change the textures and tweak the AIs of animals and enemies in their worlds.
