The Dota 2 International Tournament is nearing it’s end!

Yesterday was all about the lower bracket, starting off with Vici Gaming and MVP Phoenix. While the battle was great to watch, Vici took it 2-0 and will move up to fight EHome later on.

The next teams we have facing off are Virtus Pro and Team Secret, the teams who won their battles against compLexity & Invictus Gaming in their previous games. Long story short, Virtus Pro eliminates Team Secret from the tournament. To conclude with the days tournament, teams Vici and Home fought once again and Vici managed to take the set 2-0.

Before the day ended though, Valve introduced a new game mode in a huge way; A new 20-player mode for Dota 2 expected to launch in the near future. To help introduce the mode, Valve selected ten players playing in the tournament and 10 randomly selected participants from the audience to play  the new mode on stage.  The teams faced off against each other and it was just as chaotic as you would have expected.

At the team of the 20-player battle, team Notail took the cheese and this concluded the day for Dota 2.
